Why FLIK exists
We’re building the home creatives were always missing.

The moment
Phones shoot cinema. Software is cheap. World-class work gets made with no studio and no budget. There have never been more storytellers, but the industry still runs on who you know, and the same few doors.
What’s missing
Talent was never the problem.
Connection was.
The places creatives used to meet have scattered. We moved online, and nothing replaced them. FLIK is the home that brings them back, where you find your people, online and in real life, through events, meetups and the dream we’re building toward: real residencies, anywhere in the world you land.

The quiet truth
We pay for the chance of being seen, one membership, one submission, one more service. A lottery ticket. Hundreds a year across a dozen platforms, and in the end you still make the work yourself, because that’s all you ever had. So your world shrinks to the network within arm’s reach.
The answer
That’s what we’re building: a global network of the people who make things, so you’re not depending on gatekeepers, or paying for hope. As a founding member, you have a voice in what gets built.
What we believe
The gift was never rare. The door was. We’re building a new one.
Creative work is lonely enough. This is a place to find your people, online, and in real life.
FLIK isn’t built to keep you scrolling. It’s built to get you back to making.
No auditioning to be let in. A professional home for anyone serious about the work.
We’re not here to be another gatekeeper, or another job board. We’re building the thing the industry never gave you: a home.
This is the beginning of something we intend to build for a long time.
From the founder
“As an artist, you’re in a service industry. You pay for one more workshop, one more submission, one more chance to be discovered. FLIK is built to change that. A place where people genuinely understand what it takes to make something, and where that’s enough to belong. Skip the gatekeeping. Build your creative voice somewhere that actually hears it. Instead of competing while paying the big guys, here we build each other up.”
FLIK is built by a small team of artists and entrepreneurs, started by a working creative who wanted to open the same doors for everyone else.
The marks
FLIK doesn’t have one logo, it has a family of marks, each with a role.

Carries the FLIK flag. Home, loyalty, continuity, the standard-bearer of the network.

Carries the flag in flight. Movement, migration and return, creative life across borders.

A medallion stamp for founding members, verification and the membership card.
